Making A Difference

On Saturday we received a telephone call from the Austin Police Department reporting that our son had just been involved in a car accident. Officer R. Spitler #7950 was exceptionally professional, courteous, and caring as he walked us through the circumstances. He provided us reassuring information regarding any injuries and how to have our son's vehicle removed from the scene. I would like to commend Officer Spitler for his actions and his service to the citizens of Austin.
