Narrative:
The Austin Police Department Robbery Unit and the FBI Central Texas Robbery Task Force are working in conjunction to investigate a bank robbery that occurred on Friday, January 5, 2018, at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the International Bank of Commerce (IBC) located at 10405 FM 2222 Rd.
The suspect, whose description and photo are included below, displayed a weapon and demanded money before fleeing on foot towards Sitio Del Rio Blvd. with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.
Based on information gathered from victims who were on scene, police believe this is the same suspect who committed the December 22, 2017 IBC robbery (case 17-3560763).
