Arrested: Michael Boisse | White male | 45 years of age
The preliminary investigation indicates that the grey, 2017 Chrysler 300 driven by Michael Boisse was traveling northbound in the 8500 block of S. Congress Avenue when he attempted to turn left into the parking lot of a local business. A black, 2011 Infinity was southbound when the driver struck the 300 on the right-rear passenger side. Mark Evans, 50, was seated behind Michael Boisse and was directly impacted by the crash. Mark Evans was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas with life-threatening injuries where he died a short time later.
Michael Boisse underwent a standardized field sobriety test on scene. He was arrested and is charged with intoxication manslaughter. His booking photo is below.
