Pamela Lancaster, a former City of Austin Municipal Court Judge, has spent 32 years as a prosecutor, judge and attorney in Austin. Since 1991, she has maintained a private practice in criminal defense and employment law and conducted more than 200 grievance hearings under the City's prior grievance process. Her other jobs have included debt counselor, Vietnamese refugee teacher, billing clerk, gas station attendant and piano teacher.
Teresa Perez-Wiseley, Vice-Chair
Teresa Perez-Wiseley, formerly in middle management with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), has spent the last 13 years as an International Union Representative responsible for understanding Civil Service rules and personnel policies as well as negotiating contracts. She has also mediated/arbitrated Equal Employment Opportunity Commission cases
Lottie Dailey has spent 40 years serving as an educator, civil servant, volunteer in her community, and law clerk. She is very active in multiple local associations and committees and has a burning desire to serve her community.
Her education includes degrees in Sociology, Urban and Regional Planning, Law, and Theology.
Melissa Rogers is an attorney with 20 years of experience in a broad range of labor and employment matters. In her years in private practice and as in-house counsel, she litigated, provided advice and presented training on issues involving discrimination, harassment, contract disputes and labor issues. Ms. Rogers is also active in her community volunteering at The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum and at Austin Pets Alive!
Michael Murphy has over 20 years working with the local IBEW; he has also worked at local labor law firms, served as a professor research assistant at UT, and helped create a method of enforcing the Texas Prevailing Wage Statute. He worked as an electrician for many years in the non-union sector but became a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in 1993 and currently serves as general counsel for the local IBEW chapter.
