Project Connect is a citywide comprehensive rapid transit system that consists of expanded light rail and bus service, new Park & Ride facilities, and new neighborhood circulators. Over the next 13 years, federal and local funds will be utilized to build Project Connect. When voters approved Project Connect in 2020, $300 million of the $7.1 billion Project Connect investment was dedicated to anti-displacement.
